At CFS, safety is an everyday, around-the-clock commitment. From executive leadership to our newest team members, everyone contributes to our culture of safety. Through proactive coaching, continuous education, and a Plan-Do-Check-Act approach, we continuously improve our safety performance and ensure every employee arrives at the job site prepared to work safely.

· Federal, State, and Client Compliant Safety and Health Manual
· Daily Safety Meetings
· Project Safety Audits
· Full Time Safety Director on staff to reduce hazards and ensure a safe working environment for all CFS employees.
Stop Work Authority
CFS employees have the authority, and are obligated, to stop work where there are concerns or questions regarding the Safety, Health or Environmental (EHS) risk associated with the tasks or operations being performed by their work team or by others in the area where they are performing work.
Zero Incidents
At CFS we recognize that preventing injuries is truly a team function. CFS believes everyone has the accountability for doing their part to enable the team to accomplish the safety objective. Working together as a team enables everyone to form habits and attitudes that set the “BAR” at a high level for success. We believe Safety is a dynamic living element that requires continuous improvement day in and day out.
