Assist with accounts payable/receivable, Bank Reconciliation, Payroll Processing, handle employee and client inquiries, complete basic data entry, participate in preparation for the annual tax return, review the company's accounting information to identify and resolve inaccuracies, support Controller in most aspects of Accounting Management
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), excellent written and verbal communication skills, remain flexible, adaptable with multiple duties and frequent interruptions, highly organized with strong quantitative abilities, excellent time management and organizational skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills, self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment, accurate data entry skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task with excellent mathematical skills required.
Associates or Bachelor's Degree with a major in Accounting or Finance, minimum of five years' experience in an accounting department or related accounting position,
